Patanjali talks about Ālambanas or anchors to use to still the mind in meditation (Reference 1). In this class, we will explore the use of subtle pleasing sensations in asanas to sink into the body, thus giving rest for the mind. This will be followed by meditation. The participants can experience the difference in meditation when preceded with such a practice.
